Shenandoah Acres Campground, located in Stuarts Draft, Virginia, is a great place to camp. The campground is part of the Shenandoah National Park, which offers hiking, fishing, and horseback riding.

It is a family-friendly campground and is on the rise. It is situated on 134 acres. There are full and partial hookups available, as well as water and electricity. The campground is open seven day a week. It was created to be convenient for families who want to relax and enjoy a vacation. There are many amenities at the campground, including mini-golf (with a lake), basketball courts, arcade and a laundry room. The plans are to add 112 campsites.

Rupert Blacka, Helen Blacka, and Helen Blacka started Shenandoah Acres back in the 1930s. The campground was once known as "America's Finest Inland Beach". It was shut down in the 2000s and reopened in 2014. Good Faith LLC purchased it in 2005. Since 2005, Shenandoah Acres LLC has been working to reopen the campground. The campground was renamed Mountain Spring RV Resort in 2010. Sun Communities, Inc. owns and operates it. Sun Communities, Inc. owns and operates it. It is one of the company’s 430 resorts across 32 states. The campground has a number of amenities, including a swimming pool, a game room, a playground, and a cafe. There are pet-friendly campsites, but they have special rules.


The campground has been owned and operated by two different people over the years. The Blacka family was the original owner and they sold the property to Lockland Management in Ontario, Canada. The Shenandoah Acres have been a popular choice for travelers for over 80 years. The park is surrounded with mountains and offers a peaceful vacation in Shenandoah. The campground is situated near Shenandoah National Park. This park offers many trails for biking and hiking, as well a section from the Appalachian Trail.
