The coastline of Wales is a great place to visit. It's a picturesque place and makes for some excellent camping. It is a good idea to hire a car so you can explore the many attractions. Some of the best are found near Wells next the sea, Cromer and Exmouth. While you are there, be sure to visit Blakeney Blakeney Morston, Sheringham and Blakeney.

While beaches on the coast may not be well-known for having sand, Cliff Head has some spectacular views. A finger of black rock juts out of the water and is a good place to sit in the sun in the summertime. For home-cooked delights, visit your local baker or butcher.

Slapton Sands Camping and Caravanning Club is a unique club that offers the most luxurious facilities. There are 115 generous pitches on grassy fields and the club offers several tours of the area in the company of one of their members. Boat trips are also offered by the club to Totnes. The best thing about the club is that you don't have to pay anything to visit it.

It may have been something you didn't know, but Cliff Head campsite actually is free. The campsite has a decent shower and toilet facility. There are also washing facilities, and a basic amenities block with fridge and freezer.


The Pembrokeshire Heritage Coast campsite has a great view of the Milford Haven estuary, and many local beaches are nearby. There are numerous opportunities to go swimming and surfing. Site shops sell local produce. You can also use the free Wi-Fi. You can also rent a camping cabin or a shower, which is quite rare.

The best way to see the most of the coastline is to take a cruise, but you can also take a ferried trip to the Isle of Arran. You can also visit Leighton Moss RSPB reserve. The impressive St Davids cathedral is also nearby, making it the smallest city of Britain.

You could also go north to Lindisfarne and Holy Island. It is possible to find a shipwreck in the sand. Turquoise Bay or Cape Range National Park can also be explored. Book a hotel or campervan if you feel like a little break from camping. The Eden Project is close by and you will find many restaurants and bars if that's not your thing.
